Er. Abhilash Joy, hasdecades of experience in steel, concrete and novel construction materials is one of the leading Structural Engineers in Kerala. He is leading the operations of StruFoCon Engineers with his vast experience in building restorations and repair.
Manu K Poulose
Technical Director
Manu K. Poulose, a Civil Engineering graduate from IIT Madras with expertise in construction technology and management is leading the laboratory testing and field operations of StruFoCon Engineers.

Concrete Design & Testing
Dr. Elson John, received his PhD from IIT Madras and has research interests in the properties and behavior of various construction materials including chemical admixtures and waterproofing systems. He presently serves as the Head of Dept. of Civil Engineering, MA College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, Kerala.
Dr. Manu Santhanam
Concrete Characterization & Durability
Dr. Manu Santhanam, has received his PhD from Purdue University, USA and has research interests in cement chemistry, supplementary cementitious materials, non-destructive testing, concrete durability, and low-carbon concrete. He is presently Dean (ICSR) Civil Engineering department of IIT Madras, Chennai.
Dr. Radhakrishna G. Pillai
Corrosion & Service Life Extension
Dr. Radhakrishna G. Pillai received his PhD from Texas A&M University, USA and has research interests in corrosion mechanisms, electrochemical repair, durability, service life estimation/extension, and precast concrete. He is presently Professor at the Dept. of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras, Chennai.
Dr. Ravindra Gettu
Structural Strengthening & Sustainability
Dr. Ravindra Gettu received his PhD from Northwestern University, USA and has research interests in the areas of concrete technology, chemical admixtures, novel reinforcement systems, C&D waste utilization, sustainability, and life cycle assessment. He is V.S Raju Chair Professor at the Civil Engineering Dept of IIT Madras, Chennai.
